As an established company since 2002, BlossomPure has been taking the lead in directly sourcing and providing the purest locally-grown organic foods available in Ontario. We are rapidly expanding and are currently seeking a sales associate who will report to the store manager and the owner. We are seeking an individual who appreciates our mission as a healthy and organic food provider and one who will appreciate the benefits of working in an environment built on respect and integrity. The ideal candidate will be a TEAM PLAYER and will have the ability to interact with and engage customers while informing them about our products and services; helping them to see the value of choosing pure organic products.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets through the implementation of revenue building strategies
• Welcome new and existing customers by adapting communication styles to effectively connect with a range of individuals
• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Use active listening skills and product knowledge to effectively offer customers a solution to their needs
• Maintain professionalism to portray the company in a positive manner
• Answer phone calls professionally and generate further interest to the customer who is calling
• Accurately take down special orders, messages and requests
• Proactively attend to customer needs in a professional manner
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including daily tasks
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements

• 1-2 Years Sales Experience
• 3-5 years customer service, retail, grocery, or health food experience preferred
• Excellent communications skills and enthusiasm to approach customers, discern their needs and offer the best solution
• Ability to quickly pick up new product knowledge and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers
• Ability to take initiative to learn and provide the highest standard quality of service.
• Passion for healthy lifestyle, organic, grass fed, locally sourced foods
• Reliable and takes initiative to help improve business
• Works well under pressure and ability to adapt to different situations
• Team player who can also work independently
