Fish & Chips (Wild-Caught Pacific Cod)


Hand cut fillets of tender wild Pacific Cod in crispy batter served with a heaping portion of freshly cut golden fries.

  • 5 – 6 fillets & chips per package (454 g).
  • Sourced from 100% wild-caught pacific cod.
  • Light & crispy, gluten-free batter.
  • Good source of protein and Omega-3.

Cooking directions: 

  • Cook from frozen only. Conventional Oven.
    1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
    2. Add ½ tsp vegetable oil on a non-stick tray. Place battered fillets and chips in a single layer.
    3. Bake on middle oven rack for 18 to 21 minutes or until fries and fish are golden and crispy. Turn half-way.
